Simply Being Meg sells homemade plant-based meals and delivers them to surrounding neighbourhoods.
I approached them to build a digital sales channel (rather than an EFT payment system), enhance their email marketing and kickstart better customer acquisition and retention.

Key Takeaways
There are several basic website elements that many small businesses lack. At the very least, it is important to clearly communicate the benefits of your services and how your business functions.
Creating new accounts and verifying them (e.g. Google Business) can take longer than expected.
A soft launch of this website helped us iron out some kinks before going live properly. Also, building in time to work with the customer iteratively during the launch of the live site was valuable in identifying other small issues that could have affected sales down the line.
The benefits of a more coherent website open up more opportunities for up-sells and thinking out of he box.
